Tandoori Flames | Our Story
Scratch-made, fire-finished, Central Point
Tandoori Flames is built around a single idea: that Indian cooking done properly — from scratch, with hand-selected spices and time-honoured technique — is worth the effort.
The clay oven
Every bread is pulled fresh from the clay tandoor — blistered, alive with heat. It is the visible centre of the kitchen and the clearest expression of what this restaurant is about.
Time and technique
Sauces are slow-cooked; biryanis are sealed and dum-cooked so the steam does its quiet work. Hand-selected spices go into every pot, and nothing comes from a packet or a shortcut.
The room
Lacquered oak, jaali-screened partitions and deep-red booth seating set a tone that is warm without being fussy. The tandoor blazes within sight, and a vase of marigolds marks the threshold.
